Current (as of July 2018)
Here is a table of the 33 lowest magnifications of the JEOL JEM 3200FS and the corresponding pixel sizes for the DE-64 camera (as determined using serialEM and a replica diffraction grating, a so-called waffle grid).
NOTE: serialEM's pixel size calibration routine was used to determine these pixel sizes (and the ± error is the standard deviation from multiple measurements either the same day or spread across multiple days). Montaged images were used for the pixel size determination for cases where the magnification was too high (40,000x or higher) for there to be enough waffle squares in a single camera frame. Data for the current pixel size determinations were recorded in July, 2018. If you are interested in the raw data that generated this table, contact David Morgan at dagmorga@indiana.edu.
